Greetings from the Sun Coast. Although this section is labeled "about me" it is not about me at all...it's about you! It is my goal as your Realtor, specializing in Marco Island, to help you to be highly successful in your purchase, and if the time ever comes, your sale also. Additionally I can help you with surrounding areas Goodland, and the nearby Naples golf resorts and I have nurtured a small network of other Realtors in markets where I am not an expert. When I am on an assignment for you, you will receive my undivided attention. My local expertise and experience will benefit you whether you are buying or selling a property. I look forward to helping you select the home or condo of your dreams by taking time to listen to your needs and desires, researching the market thoroughly, testing the reasonableness of the asking price and helping you to negotiate a deal that will end in success and happiness forever. When it comes time to sell your property I will assist you in determining the market value, make it readily available to my client list, post on the Marco Multi-list (600 agents), advertise in the local paper, put on the Realtor's tour and provide an active open house schedule. Karen and I have owned property on Marco Island since 1986 and have had ample time to explore other communities in south Florida. We have warm winters, we have low population density, we have a spectacular crescent beach, fantastic restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Add to this a great community infrastructure and civic pride...we could not picture ourselves anywhere else...this is a lovely place to live and the continuing increase in real estate value has given us great security.
